Pisa, located in western Tuscany, is known throughout the world for its famous Leaning Tower. Although online tourist guides mention the many other "historical" landmarks in Pisa, we were a bit surprised on the location of this famous landmark. There seemed to be nothing else there but the tower. Sure, this landmark was surrounded by residential and small shopping areas, but as far as staying a day to tour the area, nah! The tower was awesome though!

Once we entered the tower walls we were in awe. So neat!
