Our first excursion was Katakolon, Greece.
We bussed with our group into Olympia—where the Olypmics were born. We managed to snap a few photos where the Olympics were actual held until it suddenly began pouring down rain. Joey turned around almost immediately and headed back to the bus.In seconds into the tour he was literally drenched. I wasn’t far behind him. I used my sweater as an umbrella and managed to snap a few photos before my sweater became a useless shelter from the rain. My mascara began to bleed and I rushed into the nearest store for an umbrella.
Unfortunately I didn’t capture as much as I would have liked to in Greece but we enjoyed some traditional Greek dancing at a local restaurant.
